I have a large e-mail blocking my mailbox, how do I stop my connection from freezing and collect other mails?

There are many options for doing this.

Go to www.omf.net, choose Web Mail, and access your mail on line. See if there is a large email (1 MB or more), which could be blocking the download. You can read it on-line and delete it, and then see if the other emails will download.

You could also set up Outlook or Outlook Express so that it does not collect large e-mails. Here are the instructions:

1)     On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Delivery tab.

2)    Select the Don't download messages larger than check box, and then enter a number in the box.

For other e-mail clients, check www.omf.net and select the Setting up your PC’s email client software" option.  If you have email software not included there, please email help@omf.net for instructions.
